I have a MentorBox Online Membership. How do I log into the platform and access my content?

You can access the online platform at learn.mentorbox.com/sign_in. You will be able to login with the email and account created for you when you purchased the subscription. You should have received an email with the subject "Create Your Account For MentorBox".

You can recover your account with forgotten password. Be sure to use the email address you made the subscription purchase with. If you are still not able to access your account, please contact support@mentorbox.com.

What is the difference between MentorBox Online and MentorBox Physical Subscriptions?

The Online MentorBox Subscription allows you to access all courses and content we have created (500+ hours) through our online portal at learn.mentorbox.com/sign_in. You can purchase an online subscription here.

The Physical MentorBox Subscription is a monthly box with the learning material for that month's box and the books. This box will be beautifully packaged and delivered right to your door.

How do I access the MasterMind Group?

The MasterMind Group is a private Facebook group for all MentorBox members (Online & Physical). To apply for access please fill out the application form. We will then verify your account and invite you to the group.

How do I access the MentorClass?

MentorClass is an offering of expert taught classes on topics to help you achieve success. You can find all our classes here. If you have already purchased a class login here or create an account here. Make sure to use the same email address as the one used when you made the purchase.

How do I access MentorNetwork?

MentorNetwork is a premium VIP group who have personal access to top authors and mentors. Access to these mentors can be purchased here. If you have purchased a MentorNetwork subscription fill out this application form. We will then verify your account and invite you to the private group.

Can I update my address, credit card information and profile through a self-service portal?

No, we are currently developing this feature but it is not available at the moment. To update any information please contact support@mentorbox.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can contact our friendly support team via email (support@mentorbox.com) or phone (1-888-330-5374) to cancel your subscription.

What is the refund policy?

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your box, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can read the full policy here.

Where do I return my physical MentorBox (physical boxed subscription)?
